Healthy Recipe: Carrot Casserole

Moms – Your kids will love this!!!
2 cups carrots (cooked and mashed)
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar (or 1/4 cup honey)
2 T flour
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp cinnemon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Blend all together. Put in baking dish, back for 30 min, 380degrees. Or until browned.
